Only qualified clients over the age of 19 who live in Canada are able to purchase marijuana through our site. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. We only accept payments via email money transfer and Credit Card and can only send your products through mail order at this time.
We value your need for privacy and discretion. That’s why we take special measures to ensure your packages remain inconspicuous. We utilize generic prepaid Xpress envelopes for packaging purposes, followed by vacuum sealing and bubble wrapping the contents to provide both maximum discretion and protection while preserving the freshness of the products.
Rest assured, there will be no visible indications on the exterior of the envelope that could disclose the nature of its contents. Your package will appear just like any regular package from the post office, so there’s no need to worry about nosy neighbors or anyone else knowing that it contains medical marijuana. Your privacy is our priority.
We do not ship outside of Canada. No Exceptions.
In case your package does not arrive within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please inform us, and we will take immediate action by filing a trace request with Canada Post. Following the trace request, Canada Post will conduct a thorough investigation, which typically takes up to 5 business days to complete.
Should they successfully locate the package during the investigation, they will promptly ship it to you, and you can expect to receive it within a few days thereafter. However, if the package is deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. We will provide a one-time replacement package at no extra cost, with a value of up to $500 of your original package.
Please note that we do not offer postage refunds for late deliveries caused by postal issues. However, it’s important to mention that this policy does not apply to packages marked as [[Delivered]] but not received by customers. In such cases, we’ll be happy to address the situation and find a suitable resolution.
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. If you are not happy for any reason please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Before your package is scanned in at the post office, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number. Please note that until the package has been scanned in, the tracking number will not be traceable on the Canada Post website. Rest assured, once it has been processed and scanned, you can easily track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the Canada Post website.
